Shipping & Delivery

Every Roman Puzzleworks puzzle is made to order for you after your order is placed — we don't pull puzzles from a warehouse shelf.

Production: Your puzzle is produced first, which usually takes 1–2 business days.

Delivery (United States): Orders ship by standard delivery, typically arriving 2–5 business days after production. Shipping is included in the price of every puzzle — the price you see is the price you pay, with no shipping charge added at checkout.

Delivery (outside the United States): Availability, cost, and delivery times vary by country. Please contact us through the store before ordering from outside the US and we'll confirm the delivered total and timing for your address.

Tracking: When your puzzle ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
